DELIVERABLE 1.4 Lessons learnt from Israel and Cyprus succes stories

The Deliverable 1.4 includes an analysis of the reasons behind the high rate of water reuse in both Israel and Cyprus, both located along the Mediterranean and practice reclamation for agriculture at rates far exceeding the regional average.

To identify best practices that can lead to increased reuse and assess the reasons behind the successful reuse in both countries, a series of fact sheets has been created to cover various aspects of reuse which highlight the main considerations required for successful application of reuse for agriculture. The fact sheets can also be used to identify commonalities and differences behind the successful application of reuse in both countries as the same topics as reviewed for both case studies.
