Next 5th and 6th of June, the 1st General Meeting of SUWANU EUROPE project will take place in Nicosia (Cyprus).
This event is the meeting attended by all the partners of the consortium after the first six months of work. The aim of this general meeting is to supervise the progress achieved in the different work packages of the project. The University of Cyprus, one of the partners of SUWANU EUROPE, is in charge of organizing this event that will be hosted in the University Campus in Nicosia.
During the first day, the relevant milestones of the project will be presented. After that, the leaders of the different work of packages will explain the tasks that have been carried out and the arising issues will be discussed.
The second day of the meeting will be used for visiting the Urban Wastewater Treatment Plant (UWTP) and some sites irrigated with treated wastewater. Afterwards, all the partners will be return to the University Campus to discuss about the specific deliverables task and summarize the main activities for the next 6 months.
