Reclaimed water for irrigation of olive trees and grapes originating from the city of Iraklion, Crete.
The WWTP of 'Iraklion' receives and treats urban waste water from the Greater Iraklion Town Planning Complex . The water is reclaimed using a thorough disinfection system. Reclaimed water is used for the irrigation of grapes and to a lesser extent olive trees.
